Decode Strength ("we," "our," or "us") operates the IMPULSO mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

When you use IMPULSO, you may provide the following information:

• Profile Information: Gender and HYROX category selection (Singles Open, Singles Pro, Doubles, Mixed Doubles)
• Workout Data: Workout times, split times, exercise selections, and custom workout configurations

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App currently operates entirely offline and does NOT collect:

• Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone number)
• Device information or analytics
• Location data
• Usage statistics or tracking data

2. How We Use Your Information

All data you enter in IMPULSO is stored locally on your device and is used solely to:

• Display your workout history (last 3 workouts)
• Calculate and display workout statistics
• Customize workout experiences based on your category and gender settings
• Generate shareable workout result images

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All workout data and settings are stored locally on your device using secure local storage (Hive database). This data:

• Remains on your device only
• Is NOT transmitted to any servers
• Is NOT shared with third parties
• Will be deleted if you uninstall the App

3.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your locally stored data. However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT share, sell, or transmit any of your data to third parties. IMPULSO does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks in its current version.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the App at any time
• Modification: You can change your settings (category, gender) at any time in the Settings menu
• Deletion: You can delete the App to remove all locally stored data from your device
• Export: You can export workout results as images for your personal use

6. Children's Privacy

IMPULSO is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Future Features

We plan to introduce the following features in future updates:

• Cloud Sync: Optional cloud backup of workout data (with explicit user consent)
• Community Features: Optional leaderboards and social sharing (opt-in only)
• Analytics: Optional anonymous usage statistics to improve the App (opt-in only)

Before implementing any feature that collects or transmits data, we will update this Privacy Policy and request your explicit consent.

9. International Users

IMPULSO can be used worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfer concerns in the current version.
